We are currently looking for land in the Montgomeryshire and Shropshire areas for the development of 2 to 100 plots.

Montgomeryshire Homes Ltd is actively seeking new land to build houses and work with landowners on new opportunities.

We look at sites with planning permission and sites with planning potential. Montgomeryshire Homes work with leading local planning experts to establish a plan that helps the landowner maximise his asset while ensuring any planning permission secured is both viable and deliverable. We see too many landowners going it alone and getting planning for a site that is just not viable to build on.

Our team consider smaller plots to larger developments of 100+ houses and anything in between. We are happy to work with the landowners at a very early stage and work with them.
